is made up of an architectural team of ten people plus an administrative section. Louise Goodison RIBA is practice director and lead designer - the projects are organized around development teams each led by a project architect and supported by assistants.

The practice relies upon open communication and common design strategies that allow Louise Goodison to lead each development with an integrated team.
