Cazenove has been appointed to develop
proposals for the Linden Children’s Centre after a competitive
interview. The proposals will create a new landmark building on
a hostile one way system in central Hackney; a colourful glazed
façade will create an inviting and striking entrance elevation
for the new building which will house offices for the Local Sure
Start and Primary Care Trust, in association with a Crèche,
Training Facilities consultation rooms for the local community.
A fast track procurement process will lead to a site start in December
2005 and completion in December 2006
