A new office annexe building adjacent
to listed buildings housing the Lee Valley Regional Park Authority's
administrative and management teams. The new building has been designed
to address the existing listed buildings, the formal gardens to
the south and the wider horizoned meadow-land to the north. The
design focuses on environmental principles of air flow, control
of natural light and natural materials. Nominated and shortlisted for Civic Trust Awards 2008.
