Cazenove's works in the public and private housing sector. The Clarence Mews housing project was shortlisted for the Housing Design Awards, has been featured in the national and architectural press, is used as a case study in the government's planning policy guidance for designing out crime and has won a 2004 Civic Trust Award.

Other projects include Shepherdess Walk Housing, Thistlewait Road, Grazebrook Road, Queen Adelaide Dispensary and Lowestoft.
