Cazenove has been working with The Factory Community
Centre for over ten years to improve and extend the facilities and buildings
adjacent to Newington Green in Islington, North London. The first phase of work, providing access, new entrance, ramp and lift shaft won a Civic Trust Award Commendation in 2001, and is recognised as a local landmark.
The building's second phase: new stair extension and conversion to provide a Children's Centre with completion 2008.
