Cazenove has developed integrated designs for a key regeneration project centred on a redundant mining complex in Pool, central Cornwall, as part of a consortium led by architects Dransfield Owens De Silva.
The project has been developed in close consultation with the local community, many of whom have been connected with the mining industry.
A series of creative workshops and exhibitions have been held between January and April, culminating in the submission of a planning application and bid to the Landmarks Lottery Fund in May 2007, since awarded,
which will provide new facilities.
